Mr. Amol Phadnis is a founder director of Review and has a rich experience of over 23 years in re/insurance, claims and risk management field. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has also done his Fellowship in General Insurance. He started his career as Insurance Surveyor / loss Assessor with reputed firms in Mumbai (Standard Surveyors and Bhatawdekar Company) and has handled various marine, property and Engineering claims. Subsequently he worked as a Risk Manager with a leading Risk Management company (Tata AIG Risk Management Services Pvt. Ltd.) where he used to advise various corporate clients on insurance and loss prevention matters. In his last job he worked as Head of the Underwriting function of a leading private sector general insurance company in India (ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd). Prior to heading the Underwriting function, he held senior positions in Corporate/SME sales and Risk Engineering.

Mr. Anil Gangwani is a founder director of Review and has a rich experience of over 23 years in Sales function. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has also done his Licentiate in General Insurance. He started his career in Industrial sales for around 2 years. Subsequently he focused and established his retail distribution business of stationery items, FMCG food products of leading FMCG companies like Fritolay, Everest etc. From last more than 5 years he is associated with ICICI Lombard and other general insurance companies and has been advising a large base of SME clients on insurance matters.

Mr. Arvind Khandelwal is the Director of Market Development and Strategy at Review Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over 25 years of experience, primarily in leadership roles across corporate and investment banking, as well as retail and SME business. He has worked with two of India's top-tier private banks, demonstrating expertise in relationship management, strategic planning, execution, and leadership. In his most recent role as President of Strategy & Business Development at a mid-sized infrastructure company, Arvind led a key transaction involving the sale of infrastructure projects to an INVIT, securing favorable terms in record time. He also pioneered the company’s diversification into metro, railway, and solar projects, while advancing digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations. His work fostered a high-performance culture and he collaborated with various departments to implement standardized operating procedures. Prior to this, as Group Head in charge of Large Corporates & Conglomerates in the Western Region, Arvind’s expertise spanned corporate and investment banking, retail, SME, and insurance advisory. At Axis Bank, he played a pivotal role in corporate banking, originating investment banking mandates, and overseeing client relationships, contributing significantly to portfolio growth. Academically, Arvind holds a Commerce degree and has completed senior leadership programs at IIM Calcutta and IIT Mumbai.

Mr. Girish Vas is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Review Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Academically, he is a Science Graduate and has completed prestigious leadership programs, including the Senior Management Programme from IIM Calcutta, CAIIB certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers, and the Senior Leadership Programme from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. With 25 years of experience in corporate banking and financial services, Girish has held pivotal roles in various institutions. In his last assignment, he served as Group Head at Axis Bank, overseeing Large Corporates & Conglomerates in the Western Region. Throughout his career, Girish has worked at ICICI Bank Ltd, IDBI Bank, and several other private banks, developing expertise in corporate banking, relationship management, trade finance, general banking, and insurance solutions.
